During spring and summer, it becomes the ideal stage for unforgettable evenings: sunset aperitifs and dinners under the stars, with contemporary and refined cuisine elevating every moment. In autumn and winter – every Saturday and Sunday at lunchtime – the terrace opens its doors to hotel guests and locals for the B-Lunch, a light-lunch concept inspired by the relaxed soul of brunch and enriched with a creative touch.

Alessandro Schiavon is the Executive Chef at Europa Palace Sanremo. He first fell in love with cooking in his family’s trattoria in Imperia, and later refined his craft in Milan under Chef Enzo Mazzone. Today, at Europa Palace, he brings his vision to life with elegance, passion, and a deep respect for culinary tradition.
Seafood is the highlight of the menu, but carefully curated alternatives are available to satisfy every taste, creating the perfect balance between innovation and tradition.

B-Lunch celebrates the terrace in its most intimate season, when the light softens, the sea shifts in colour and, on weekends, The Rooftop becomes the perfect place for a sun-lit lunch inspired by taste and relaxation.
Enhancing the experience, a refined menu of signature cocktails, fine liqueurs, and premium spirits accompanies each moment of the evening, from aperitif to nightcap, in line with Europa Palace’s culinary philosophy: authentic, inventive, and full of surprises.
