Every Thursday evening the Rêve Bistrot comes alive with the warm, enveloping notes of jazz. A standing event where music and cuisine blend to create an intimate, sophisticated atmosphere. Under soft lights, with fine wines and signature dishes by Chef Alessandro Schiavon, the evening becomes a sensory experience where time seems to slow down and magic unfolds.
On the occasion of the second edition of the Sanremo Padel Tour, on Saturday 20th September 2025 Europa Palace hosted an exclusive gala cocktail on its panoramic terrace, celebrating the event’s protagonists alongside guests and institutions. Against a backdrop of sunset toasts and a spectacular view of the sea and the Casino, the hotel reaffirmed itself as a meeting place where elegance, sport and society converge.
On 6th and 13th August 2025 the Europa Palace panoramic terrace hosted two high-end culinary evenings by Michelin-starred Chef Davide Oldani and resident Chef Alessandro Schiavon. A meeting between Lombardy and Liguria — technique and tradition — during a sunset culinary journey overlooking the sea of Sanremo.
